"Why was this so complicated?"
I wouldn’t use them again. I went in expecting some actual help, but the advice I got just made things more confusing. It felt like, why is this so complicated when it really shouldn’t be?

"Slow delivery and confusing updates"
My order took much longer to arrive than I expected, and the timeline was confusing. At one point I thought it was going to show up that week, then the updates either didn’t change or didn’t really explain anything. I ended up having to chase it myself, which was frustrating. It finally arrived, but the whole process didn’t give me much confidence, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

"I liked that there were plenty of..."
I liked that there were plenty of options for me to choose from, and most of the stuff I was looking for was actually in stock. Made my shopping a lot easier.

I paid less than I thought I would... always a nice surprise. The running shoes were a good price, and yeah, I’m happy with the purchase...

"I bought this after a friend recommended it..."
I bought this after a friend recommended it, and while the product was fine, the return process was slower than I expected. The refund took ages to come through, but it did get sorted in the end, so overall it was okay
